I had a fantastic stay at a seaside cottage in Maryport. The location was excellent, right in the center of town and a short walk to the promenade. The house was very clean and had all the basic amenities I needed. Simon, the host, was brilliant and went out of his way to make my stay perfect. He was very engaging and provided lots of great local information. The kitchen was well-equipped and the beds were comfy. it was great value for money and I would definitely stay there again.

I enjoyed engaging in activities like hiking and fishing. The towels provided were a nice touch. The location, although quite far from Ambleside, was conveniently close to Newcastle International Airport.
